Brain Supplements

For most of my life, I have diligently sought out and incorporated supplements/nutrients into my daily routine to support the health of my body, mind, and brain. At 73 years old, I am now sharing the products that I have carefully researched and tested for quality, optimal dosage, and affordability. Of course, you can also do your own research and draw your own conclusions, but perhaps these recommendations will be beneficial to you as well. And as new information becomes available, I am not afraid to make changes to my regimen in pursuit of even better options for overall wellness.

When taking supplements, sometimes I can begin to feel positive effects, however within a month or so if I don't seem to be noticing any benefit. I will try something else.
Supplements need to be taken consistently to get them loaded in your system
As I am over mid-way into the fourth quarter of my life, my main focus is on maintaining the health of my brain, heart, and liver. These organs, along with others like the thyroid, pancreas, pituitary gland, and stomach, should be regularly checked by a doctor. It's important to get a comprehensive blood test done on a yearly basis.
Unfortunately, when it comes to brain health, we can only rely on symptoms or imaging tests like SPECT scans to determine if there are any areas of the brain that may not be functioning properly.
While supplements can improve the neurological functions of the brain, they may not be sufficient on their own. It is crucial to have a medical team monitor your use of supplements and medication to check for any potential conflicts or adverse effects.
